Today we publish the rates for the Technical Inspection of Buildings in Barcelona:

€ 215 base price for the preparation of the ITE + € 15 for each home in the building

This price includes:

  • Visits and inspections of the collegiate architect to the property
  • Preparation of the report
  • Delivery of documentation to the competent administration
