Kaitek Arquitectura has won a second place in the open competition for projects. It is tracta d’un concurs convocat per l’AMB Associació Metropolitana de Municipis. The location is an old industrial building in a suburban area of ​​Montcada in a deteriorated descampat. The functional program to be incorporated into the rehabilitation consists of 6 musical halls.

Our proposal proposes a rehabilitation of the space maintaining architecturally interesting industrial elements. A simple layout of the space that seeks a clear order emphasizes the materials and the textures used, bringing the constructive owners to the fore.
