KAITEK Arquitectura Awarded the Energy Renovation of Several Catalan Housing Agency Buildings
At KAITEK Arquitectura we are delighted to announce that we have been selected to draw up the detailed design, health and safety study, site management, health and safety coordination, technical building inspection, building logbook and energy performance certificate for several buildings owned by the Catalan Housing Agency (Agència de l’Habitatge de Catalunya). Specifically, blocks 1, 2 and 3 of the development on C/ Doctor Joaquim Albarran in Barcelona, and stairwells A, B and D of the Can Vilardell development in Terrassa.
