Regulated profession

We are a professional architecture firm (sociedad profesional).

• Professional body: Col·legi d’Arquitectes de Catalunya (COAC, the Catalan Association of Architects). Kaitek has been on its Register of Professional Firms since 3 January 2022, under number B67314591.
• Partner architects: Sergio Sanz Jiménez, COAC member no. 63,249, and Pau Martínez Gargallo, COAC member no. 55,403.
• Professional rules: Spanish Act 2/2007 on professional firms; Catalan Act 7/2006 on the practice of qualified professions and professional associations; Spanish Act 38/1999 on building regulation (LOE); COAC statutes and code of ethics. You can read them at arquitectes.cat.
• Professional indemnity insurance: ASEMAS, Mutua de Seguros y Reaseguros a Prima Fija. It covers our work throughout Spain.

What this website is for

Here we explain our services, publish articles and projects, and you can ask us for a quote. Using the website is free and commits you to nothing.

The articles and calculators give general, indicative information. Every building is different: before you decide, have a technician look at your case. Published prices are indicative and do not include VAT.

Proposals generated by the quote forms on this website are only valid once Kaitek has signed them. Each commission is governed by the terms of its proposal.

Proper use

Please use the website in good faith. You may not:

• damage the website or the way it works, or try to access private areas;
• send false data, or other people’s data, through the forms;
• use the content for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, drawings, graphics, logo and design of the website belong to Kaitek or to their authors, who have given us permission to use them.

You may quote short extracts with a link to the original page. For any other use, such as copying, publishing or changing content, ask us first.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to third-party websites, such as official gazettes or the COAC. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content. If a link is broken or leads to unsuitable content, let us know and we will remove it.
