How we work with you

Architecture for professionals: technical rigour at the pace of your business

Architecture for professionals in real estate is not measured only by the quality of a report, but by how it fits into your operation: purchase deadlines, owners’ meetings, letting schedules or the phases of a development. We organise our work so that the technical side never becomes the bottleneck.

Every job is signed by a registered architect from the practice, who is accountable for it and is your contact from start to finish. When there are several properties, we prepare a joint quote and group the visits by area.

That is how we understand architecture for professionals: you can commission only the part you need —an inspection, a certificate or a feasibility study— and decide later whether we carry on with the project and the works.

With that same organisation we designed and managed the energy retrofit of three public housing blocks in Can Vilardell, in Terrassa, awarded through a public tender.

Yes. We prepare a single quote with a breakdown for each property and organise the visits by area so they take as few days as possible.

No: we are architects, not a building contractor. We draw up the project, request quotes from several contractors for you to choose from and manage the works.

Yes. We work every day in Barcelona and its metropolitan area, and we take on projects throughout Catalonia. When there are several properties in the same area, we group the visits.

We can help you in English, Spanish or Catalan, and we can also deliver reports in English.

A go-to architect who already knows your properties, consistent criteria across all reports and quotes, and less time spent coordinating. For recurring queries, we can also work by the hour.

Write to us with your list of properties or the project you have in mind. We will propose a scope and a quote, and from then on an architect from the practice becomes your contact.

Yes. Reports, certificates and projects are signed by Sergio Sanz and Pau Martínez, architects registered with the COAC, who are accountable for them.

Yes. When there is a risk, we specify and manage the precautionary measures so the building is safe while the definitive works are prepared.

The address of each property and, if you have it, the cadastral reference. Any previous reports, certificates or drawings also help us refine the scope.

Yes. We prepare the technical documentation each call for applications requires and submit the application.

Yes. In the Works section you will find renovations, changes of use, rehabilitations and new builds, with photographs and a description of each project.
