Visiting the building

We have carried out an ITE on Carrer Rocafort in Barcelona. As the building had more than 80 units, including parking spaces, we had to organise the visits in 4 rounds.

The construction

In this case we found a one-way floor slab structure with concrete joists and reinforced concrete columns, typical of 1980s buildings in the Eixample. The structure was in fairly good condition.
