How we work

Many properties, one point of contact

We organise the work so that handling ten certificates does not cost ten times as much as handling one.

1. You send us the list

Addresses, cadastral references if you have them and any available documentation.

2. Joint quote

A single quote for all the properties, with a breakdown for each one.

3. Grouped visits

We organise them by area and coordinate them with your deadlines and with the tenants.

4. One point of contact

An architect from the team is your contact for every file.

5. Delivery and submission

We send you the certificates and reports and submit whatever is required to the authorities.

Handled in bulk

Property portfolios: all the technical documentation in a single assignment

Anyone who manages property portfolios knows the problem is not one certificate but fifty: each with its own visit, deadline and paperwork. Grouping them into a single assignment cuts down on travel, simplifies invoicing and lets you track every file through one contact.

Before the visits start, we review the documentation that already exists —previous certificates of habitability, energy certificates or drawings— and tell you what is missing to sell, let or regularise each property.

And when a home needs more than paperwork, as in the renovation of the flat on Carrer Cartagena, the same team draws up the project and manages the works.

Projects

Homes ready to sell or let

As well as certificates for property portfolios, we design and manage the renovations that get each property ready for the market.

Where we work

Barcelona, plus area campaigns across Catalonia
