Office-to-home change of use without works on Aragó street

Legalisation as a home of a 50 m² unit registered as an office, where the owner had lived for years. The preliminary study and the building’s original drawings proved that it already met the requirements, and the change of use was granted without any works.

The process

Research before design

Planning study and original drawings.

In the preliminary studies we confirmed that the change of use was compatible with planning rules. We also found the building’s original drawings, which showed the unit was in its original state. As it already met the remaining requirements in that state, the change of use was processed without any works.
